Retail Policies
Shipping:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Coupons are good for % off product price, and do not include shipping costs.
All orders must be received by 10 AM PST to go out by the next business day.
Please call if you would like your order expedited and sent out the same day for a fee of $10. Expedited order must be received by 2pm PST to go out same day.
Customers pay shipping on all returns.
Returns:
Dream Organics accepts products for return in their unopened, unused state within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Returned product must be post marked by the 15th day after purchase.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer must provide Dream Organics with the following information via mail with the returned product:
1. Where did you buy this product?
2. Name
3. Phone
4. Email
5. Order Number
6. Address
7. Reason for Return
8. Receipt from store purchased

We advise our customers to consult with a dermatologist or a licensed health professional before starting any skin care regiment. With any new product, check the ingredients for any known allergies, and always do a patch test on a small area of your skin before indulging.
